manager took over Supervisor role after firing the Supervisor as a cost-cutting measure.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give yearly merit raises to everyone deserving them.
- Treat employees like adults. Trust employees to do thier jobs and that they are doing them. Don't micromanage. Don't lie to employees. Don't act disrespectful of employees.
I dislike about the employer
Only a few employees received wage increases. Some employees had to wait 8 years and I never received any raise in my 3 plus years working there.
