Freedom to work independently
Whenever an employee requests new positions to cover, marketing is ready to help fill that task. Everyone gets their share. At the same time, if an individuals work load is too much, team members are happy to share the burden and help each other. Management also has an open door policy, and at any moment, employees are welcome to provide feedback or contribute "outside the box" commentary to help us succeed.
Employees know they are able to approach the owner at any given moment for advice. Regular meetings and reviews are conducted to help encourage and review progress goals.
Office / Work Environment
The company provides all the tools needed for employees to succeed, regularly reviewing and adding to help productivity and efficiency.
Recruiting involves working with people, and their career paths, which is a very important aspect of an individual's life which deserves to be treated respect. The company is very cognizant and ethical in their approach.
Management expects that recruiters will treat all job seekers equally, without discrimination, and base our recommendations solely on relevant and job-related information when making hiring recommendations.
We sometimes spend more time at work, than we do with our own families, so we try to make the best match possible with the client employer and our candidates.
Work hours are 10am - 5pm.
There are some occasions where recruiters may have to discuss opportunities with candidates after hours, as they are not always able to speak freely during work hours. This can be done at remotely home if necessary, and does not ever require one to stay late in the office.
At times, employees are also welcome to bring their children into the office when other arrangements cannot be made.
It's a great feeling to hear when a client is happy with a candidate, they make them an offer and set a start date. It's also great to here when someone is excited to start a new career opportunity.
It's a feel good kind of business, and knowing we helped them get there is very rewarding.
