Suggestions for improvement
- Not many suggestions, again, keep it up.
Bi-weekly meetings are conducted with managment where mentorship is top priority. The owner is happy to commend employees and celebrate their success with the team.
Positive and encouraging. The owner provides a relaxed environment where productivity is fostered, rather than politics. It's a great place to learn and grow, through consistent feedback and motivational support.
