Suggestions for improvement
- Pay employees more so that the turn over rate wont be as high. They can make more flipping burgers and not have the responsibility.
What I like about the company
Absolutely love my clients and the office management. Residential manager is always willing to listen and help in anyway possible.
What I dislike about the company
Home Coordinators are expected to be on call 24hr/7 days a week. No extra pay for taking calls after hours. 10.75 an hour and to much work for such little pay. Pay the staff more and the turn over rate would not be so high.
