Since I have been working for this company I realize that the management is highly unqualified to do their jobs.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Cultural diversity, there is a serious lack of hiring anyone other than from Africa. Clients have a hard time understanding accents. Please give your loyal staff raises and perks. We need decent insurance. Please quit hiring people who don't understand reading and writing in the English language as it is a requirement for the job.

What I like about the company

I personally work with long time employees at my location that cooperate well with one another. Clients are nice and friendly.

What I dislike about the company

I disapprove of the lack of management skills. No training being done at all. Management is always unsure of who does what, so nothing is in order. No raises ever. Will pay new hires more money than senior employees. Pays the lowest in similar jobs at other companies.
