Overworked, always working short with limited supplies, and too many residents per staff for CNA,. No raises this year

Suggestions for improvement

  • Daybreak needs to have direct deposit,so people that work out of town don't have to come far to pick up their checks. Night Shift shouldn't have to clock out at night, because residents are up all night on the call lights We need more paid holidays

I don't have anything positive to say

What I dislike about the company

We don't have direct deposit, we have to pick up our checks late on payday after 2:00 pm after mandatory meetings waiting in a long line
