Suggestions for improvement
- Give more training. Consider the ideas of others and make salaries appropriate for the job titles. Give raises when the job chg & is more is required. ALL JOBS ARE NOT LATERAL MOVES. Make concrete policies and procedures. Nail down the paid Holiday. We shouldn't have to wait for management to say..oh okay you off tomorrow for whatever the holiday is. ALSO accrued pto & sick time needs to be on a more consistent basis. Sometime the sick leave calculate. Sometimes it don't (same with personal time).
