Suggestions for improvement
- Holiday Inn Express ownership strongly prefers that hotel owners should not frequent/overbear/micro manage the hotel and it's staff...ownership not being in the hotel nearly 24/7 and barking at employees frequently would be a great start...vacation benefits, management not required to work 60+ hours and 6 days a week leads to burnt out employees and extremely high turnover...6,7,8 or so GM's in the 1st year the Holiday Inn Express & Suites were open.
- These owners should never be permitted to own/manage any level of hospitality business.
