The company and department lead more by fear, not reward to motivate.

Supervisor had issues with making a decision when it mattered, he would refer to us. But felt more like he was giving us rope to hang ourselves if it was the wrong decision. This also was reflected on up the chain of command as well.
Had a good team that worked well for me. They respected the fact that I worked with them and not job too small or big for me to do or help them with.
