Suggestions for improvement
- I wish the owner pay more attention to the people that work there and realize that the company had loose so many good employees just because they prefer to hire new people that don't care to make $10.00 an hour to do all the hard work that you have to do and deal with supervisors that are cold hearted.
What I like about the company
Benefits like affordable health insurance and PTO
What I dislike about the company
Their reviews are not good, the salary race they give doesn't match with the cost of living, most of the people that work there have a second job to be able to pay their bills, even if you are a excellent employee; also, the supervisors have their favorites employees that can do whatever they want while others get yelled for anything.
