Employees will occasionally get rewarded for a job well done but there have been many times that I had done accommodations that the command staff did not give the credit to the officers that was due due to personal not work reasons.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Attitude of some of the command staff. Willing to write up someone on a minor issue but will not be as quick to give a commadation for a job well done. Will promote someone for what they are not who they are..
