Suggestions for improvement
- Better retention and bonus system
Japanese owned. Do it their way, or the highway
Unrealistic production goals. Talk of quality, but speed is priority one
They want you to be a team, but pit you against each other to facilitate production goals
You can produce good parts however you like as long as it's how they tell you to.
Clean, safe . Lots of safety rules and meetings.
