Welfare Reform is not accepted here.
Support from management
Supervisors are not qualified.
Employees with highest education not considered.
Suggestions for improvement
- Staff that has been there for many years will not adjust to new Welfare Reform and need to be fired and new staff hired.
What I like about the company
I enjoy the children and families.
What I dislike about the company
The workload is too extreme. Supervisors and the manager do not support the workers. Workers are either fired or run off, by making the workload too difficult. There is a revolving door with the newly hired staff and only one out of 10 employees make it for over the six month training period due to inadequate training.
