Suggestions for improvement
- More transparency, encourage good work with monetary compensation without having to solicit it. Positions should be determined by how effective someone can perform, not how long they have been there or how old they are.
I like about the employer
I like the family feel of the office. Felt more like a family business, than a corporate setting. Flexible hours.
I dislike about the employer
No room for growth, no benefits or paid sick/ vacation time. Pay scale determined in vague, non-transparent circumstances and reasoning.
