Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to be further involved when it comes to management in each indivisible store to asses employee, not let one DM decide!
What I like about the company
They have great benefit packages and incentives for employees, but extremely unrealistic expectations for employee at minimum wage.
What I dislike about the company
There are only some people if management willing to help you succeed. Most of them are only looking out for themselves to look good in front of their superiors.
