Suggestions for improvement
- The biggest improvement would be to get HR straightened out and treat people equally and fairly.
What I like about the company
The CEO and President are very fair and care about the employees. Every year we have a company wide anonymous survey with over 90% participation. The CEO reads all comments personally and many changes have been made as a result. For example: company meetings more often, more flexible schedules,keep cedar point in the summer etc.
What I dislike about the company
Human Resource Department has been very unstable. Basically a revolving door and operating without standard processes. For example, resumes submitted by employees for internal positions were lost and never submitted for consideration.
