Lack of interaction by management with field sales, insulated from people doing the account and sales work
Favorites and 'anointed' ones are treated special and not held accountable.
Again 'favorites' get special treatment and new hires get senior sales positions as new hires !?
Very poor work life balance, constant interruption of sales and customer service work by a plethora of 'assignments' most of which are derived by people who don't know what is happening in the trenches
