Employees were amazing.
Support from management
Upper management is not supportive.
Co assistant manager and employees were amazing.
Freedom to work independently
The work load was not equal loads among us management.
Necessary information was not given and meetings were just getting yelled at.
They did not encourage You to move up in the company and would hold you back.
Overall compensation for your work
Wages were much lower then they should be for all the responsibility they put on you.
Office / Work Environment
Systems were Not up to date.
work environment was unsafe.
District manager was Aware of the theft issues in the store but was not willing to remedy the problem.
Manager would schedule herself for days only and give my co assistant manager all night's.
Employees were always frustrated with the company.
Not at all.
No they did not
It was not OSHA standards.
Work was challenging due to the fact that the manager would leave a huge mess every day and expect us to clean hers up along with our stuff.
Suggestions for improvement
- Burn it down and start from Ground up. teach upper management to treat people like humans.
