There is no positive culture in the PG office. If the true fundamentals of leadership and or real management was to be painted on it would wash away quickly as there is no management.
Support from management
Company leaders are not supportive of their technicians and operations management in the PG office fail to support programs to improve operations and technician safety.
There is very little team oriented programs or attention to the value a team concept. PG office actually ignites the technicians to think more about self as the supervisors fail to assist the technicians.
Freedom to work independently
The customer had to take full control and except little input from the PG office as the work was never issued fairly and their customers were suffering from the over all operation.
Does not have any meaning unless it is negative then you can be so informed you could think you just won the million dollar lottery.
Women in this company have no chance they will be nothing but clerks praying to get through the week because their jobs are not really a we have to have it.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long as you can do your job your ok.
No program is in place. As long as you are in good with the manager in the PG office you may have a chance.
Overall compensation for your work
Most of the staff can't afford it because the potential earnings are so small.

Depends on the section you work in. But for the most part it sucks.
Does not apply nothing is fair in the PG office unless you are in the managers click.
Nothing is fair to the subordinates. Fairness only comes if you are in the PG office manager's circle.

I am a victim of this. There is no security for anyone lower than manager. Ironically no managers are ever effected by this they find something for them somewhere in the company.
The company tries but the local PG office does participate and if like me you comply you get fired.
Can't feel good about completing anything here as your completions drive your check and the pay program for a technician is designed to pay him / her as little as possible.

Nothing diverse about the company as it has none.

- Close the doors and start all over again and get some real managers and leaders.

The lack of ethics by the management team at the local level and now the corporate level has bought in and have no desire to focus a positive environment.
