Company culture was excellent prior to 2011, when new "upper managers" were hired to grow the company.
Support from management
Support from new upper management became condescending rather than supportive and not inclusive of experienced, long-term staff.
Lip service was given to the idea of teamwork, but work assignments were more authoritarian then team-based.
Freedom to work independently
Managers decision making ability and input became limited with the addition of newly hired "upper management.
