Company culture was excellent prior to 2011, when new "upper managers" were hired to grow the company.
Support from management
Support from new upper management became condescending rather than supportive and not inclusive of experienced, long-term staff.
Lip service was given to the idea of teamwork, but work assignments were more authoritarian then team-based.
Freedom to work independently
Managers decision making ability and input became limited with the addition of newly hired "upper management.
Communication was primarily disseminated through quarterly meetings, and which upper management Qualey instructed managers how to increase their bonuses, while upper managers many fold increase their's. All of this was done at company expense, with no true concern about increasing net operating income for the company.
Office / Work Environment
On site working environment was excellent at the site at which I was assigned
The company made no active companywide suggestions for environmental friendly this. Individual programs were set up on site by on-site managers.
Increasing demands were made on on-site managers time to produce reports, that mostly serve to inform upper management.
My work was challenging. I enjoyed interacting with the public. I had excellent residents.
Inclusive / Diverse
At the beginning of my employment with this company in 2005, workplace diversity was strong. However, after the addition of new upper management around 2011, morale and diversity took a dive.
