Support from Management
Branch managers have no power, there is no confidence in upper management and too many in upper management. In less than a year they cut pay rates 3 times.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the staff in Indianapolis and bring the values and pay scale that made you great.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
They are all about the all mighty dollar but ironically cut the pay of those bringing that dollar in. Pressure to oversell security systems is overwhelming.
