Suggestions for improvement
- Treat the employees as professional and make the work environment, not a hostile one and pit employees against each other.
What I like about the company
the benefits are good.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like being micromanaged. The paperwork and extra professional development course work is time-consuming. The district tried to make the salary schedule punitive and they wanted to tie performance with pay.
