Suggestions for improvement
- Management training classes for those who do not know how to communicate effectively. How to actually change the company's culture from sub par ro a top ten places to work. Create an acquisition team for companies that they buyout.
What I like about the company
There are a number of good people at the company that you can build relationships with, that you will be able to stay in touch with after you leave the company.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management not defending there staff when they are correct. Not valuing the ideas of the staff before upper management agrees to a processes or improvements. Placing blame and not owning up to their mistakes or inability respond to emails. Not promoting from with in the department. Taking staff members for granted. Requiring employees to have a degree to work in certain areas.
