Suggestions for improvement
- The corporate culture is highly competitive. Good employees are not good enough. There is a belief that the company aims for a higher level of turnover to keep the employees a little uncomfortable and motivate them to work as hard as possible to remain useful and employed. This creates some uncertainty and a sense that it is up and down. The work, itself, is not much different from anywhere else.
What I like about the company
The company creates a great product that makes other things better. The individual people are great.
What I dislike about the company
There are always people who have a little negativity because of the turnover, and it's a tough industry. Things are not as secure as they were 20 years ago in tech.
