I have waited days, even weeks for a return call from my representative.
Attitude towards older colleagues
After they found out I was using a walker I haven't heard from them again and I had done well with referrals to their companies.
If they do, I couldn't find them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Please return your calls daily or the next day after. Make it at least seem that you care. Also, remember where you have sent an individual and finally, don't seem to be just "so busy" that you haven't had time to call a client back.
