Suggestions for improvement
- Employee recognition, employee events, higher pay, better communication, fix the ventilation system.
The only positive experiences have been with my co-workers. I work with some of the best and nicest people you will ever find. You will find some of your best friends here and become a family. I know I will never have the type of relationship with my co-workers in any other job I find.
Not a great culture, back in the day it was a family. Now it is younger employees pushing the work on the older employees, but still being advanced professionally while the older employees are being overlooked and even having their jobs eliminated. Employees there, over 60 years old, are shaking in their boots that they are the next to go. Tense.
Depends on the manager.

not sure in what context is this question, there seems to be more females in control and hired than men.
zero, old is not welcome, if anything you're old, you're not welcome
Not really much emphasis on culture. Come in, get to work, and be quiet.
Management was too busy worrying about their own jobs to support employees.
There wasn't much collaboration between departments and locations.
Micromanaging was rampant.
Not much information flows from one level to the next.
None to speak of.
