Suggestions for improvement

  • The environment is stressed. It's all 'get one more sale, push one more order'. The environment needs to be lighter and more about employee recognition and celebration. Would also spend money on the employees for fun events.

What I like about the company

The only positive experiences have been with my co-workers. I work with some of the best and nicest people you will ever find. You will find some of your best friends here and become a family. I know I will never have the type of relationship with my co-workers in any other job I find.

Company Culture

Not a great culture, back in the day it was a family. Now it is younger employees pushing the work on the older employees, but still being advanced professionally while the older employees are being overlooked and even having their jobs eliminated. Employees there, over 60 years old, are shaking in their boots that they are the next to go. Tense.

Not really much emphasis on culture. Come in, get to work, and be quiet.

Management was too busy worrying about their own jobs to support employees.

There wasn't much collaboration between departments and locations.
