The trust amongst workers is good. Upper administration lies to workers to see if they have done anything wrong so they can write them up.
Support from management
Micromanagement, leaders do not trust employees.
Most coworkers are trustworthy but a few have groups they stay within.
Freedom to work independently
Workload is distributed evenly as far as patrol. CID and Narcotics are favored by admin.
Information only goes one way down hill and anything said against it will have you looking for a new job.
Office / Work Environment
Building had been updated since I left.
Administration tells officers what do to without input from officers.
Set schedules, vacation is by seniority, schedule is by seniority.
There is no appreciation from any aspect of the job and no appreciation from administration.
Inclusive / Diverse
Have hired persons to have a diverse work crew.
