Suggestions for improvement
- The overtime is excessive. Management in many areas is uncommunicative and not supportive of employees and their concerns.
As a temporary employee trying to become a Denso employee is very difficult. Not just for myself but for others as well. Heaven forbid you need time off for a sickness, family member in need or even being stuck in a snow or ice storm. Every minute, no matter the reason, is counted against you. Coming from someone with manufacturing experience, don't be older than 30 and don't miss 1 minute worth of work. I was passed over for permanent status 3 times. The powers that be, try to set you up to fail. Management puts you on a machine, someone with 0 working knowledge trains you for 5 minutes then walks away. If you are good at figuring out how to do everything on your own for $10.10 an hr., this is the place for you. Good Luck
All employees are pretty much in the same boat. Some employees try to help out as much as possible.
