Suggestions for improvement
- More support in discipline procedures from administrators.
The district offered GED classes for inidviduals who were interessted in improving their current social economic status.
Communication within the special education department and other departments was not on a level that supported collaboration between staff for consistent transfer of information. There was a lack of definitive protocols for specific positions and responsibilities, as well as a low awareness for the need of school adminsitratiors in relation to cultural diversity within student/teacher/ administrator ratio.
