Suggestions for improvement
- Everyone needs to learn how to be friendly and stop being so rude at work it makes everyone's job harder
The Dm send email of appreciatoin but overall no company culture other than negativity
The leaders don't how to be leaders.
Because leadership is so bad the work morale for teamwork is horrible
Clerical and administrative workers are being handed case manager duties
You can communicate things to leaders but it doesn't make a difference
The purpose is to protect children and keep families together when possible.
The pay is not enough for the type of work and work load demanded of you. There is no internal support and you are constantly in fear of being fired for any mistake. The work loads are unmanageable due to their size and this places strain on workers and causes safety concerns for children served.
