Began working as a case manager 28 years ago. For the past 10 years I have worked as a trainer for case managers.

  • Work on hiring more workers to lower case loads. Increase in all workers salary.

What I like about the company

Working with families and children to help keep them safe is rewarding

What I dislike about the company

Lack of support for all workers. Caseloads are too high for workers. Salaries also need to be increased.
