- Return to the purpose of the company being to help people in need, not turning the whole process into a numbers game.
What I like about the company
Pay raises we're based on the programs you learned.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management telling employees to cut corners on cases ( which resulted in multiple errors of customers losing benefits) just to have high numbers of cases completed for each week/ months quota.
