Support from management
I have worked in several areas and for several supervisors and this current area has been the worse as far as management support. In a job this stressful the support of management is necessary to keep staff.
Training is given but there is not a lot of focus on safety.
Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be a complete revamping of the agency. This can be done if they tall to people that are actually in the field doing the work. they need to speak with people that left and get specifics of. why they left.
