Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the Program coordinator and manager. Install a rewards program for the employees.
What I like about the company
The manager was an ex-Army. He's easy to talk to.
What I dislike about the company
The program coordinator is useless on every level imaginable; he's more interested in Broncos football and fitness (i.e. lifting weights at the gym) than he's focused on doing his work. He passes the buck onto the unpaid interns and subordinates. He gives people lectures about paperwork not being done properly when it's his job to do the paperwork.
