What I like about the company

It is a stable job, once becoming permanent you will never lose the job. It is peace of mind. They have given me the opportunity to grow and I have the freedom to do my work how I see fit.

What I dislike about the company

Inconsistency. Better trainin. higher ups who are more willing to fix the issues rather than be concerned about hurting feelings.
