- Maybe having a back up system that would have some accountability for Hiring and Firing Supervisors.
What I like about the company
The most positive thing you can get out of working for the State of Texas HHSC you have the understanding that you are actually helping someone in need.
What I dislike about the company
Hoping the issue was fixed. After a failed merge with a private company to help with the workload. We became overloaded with cases to complete. Taking our workload from 6-8 cases a day to 15-28 cases a day. I hope they've learned from that mistake and nev
