Suggestions for improvement
- My only feedback would be that HR took complaints more seriously against problem employees. Sweeping things under the rug was a safer options for them.
What I like about the company
My employer showed appreciation for me by constantly checking in and asking how I was doing. They also always kept me up to date if a higher position was available so I could constantly move up.
What I dislike about the company
I would say a negative aspect of working in government is that once you're in, if you choose to become a bad worker, others have to deal with that. It's hard to get people fired or removed, even if they are bad workers.
