Suggestions for improvement
- Always investigate allegations and make sure that they are not talking about one of your employees' that are doing above and beyond what you require-remove the problem individuals that are not producing what you hired them for.
I like about the employer
There were a vast amount of open areas that had not been engaged in that is so necessary to assist the disadvantaged individuals in this city.
I dislike about the employer
ANY employer that has the 'will to work rule', this R U I N S L I V E S! There is no communication with staff when an employee has been accused of anything. Any one should know if they did something wrong so it never happens again. No one should be let go from a job without knowing WHY! The Executives are so not attached with staff and play favorites.
