Support from Management
Leadership does not set realistic expectations, communicate clear goals, or involve employees in the decision making process.
Level of Autonomy
Autonomy is overridden by micromanaging bosses.
Communication is inconsistent and provided to those who have a need to know only.
Equality is only seen on paper.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older workers are put on slow checkpoints and in baggage (away from travelers) unless the Managers and Directors are ready for them to quit then they put the older workers on the busier checkpoints until they make enough mistakes to be forced to quit.
