The job is challenging since you have to monitor children who were taken from their homes and put into foster care.

Suggestions for improvement

  • For them to provide company vechicles to the employees since we have to transport children in foster home to be driven by staff to have supervised visits with parents.

What I like about the company

Communications between the entire team was excellent. Training was provided to the team for special circumstances and the employer would listen to staff' s suggestions that they felt would help. The employer went out of their way to make our job easier and for all to be successful in our job of working with reuniting families.

What I dislike about the company

Discouraging families with little to no interaction with the foster parents.
