Sometimes the culture is too lax to me
Previous supervisor liked to cause dissension amongst workers
Freedom to work independently
You had no choice but to work independently because previous supervisor either didn't know anything and/or confused the situation further.
Did not communicate well. In fact they rarely shared any information.
Yes I would say that there was opportunity that was fair across the board

I enjoyed working for previous employer but strongly disliked how my unit was run

- I would like to see a more interactive environment. I would like to see the workload be more manageable for each employee.
What I like about the company
I really enjoyed my co-workers. I found them to be the most supportive professionally and personally.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of management maintaining supervisors that are incompetent.
