Constant change without discussion or consideration on how it might affect employees is their motto.
Support from management
Some are good managers but there’s always a micromanager that ruins your day. A lot of labor harassment goes unnoticed.
Everyone’s workload is so heavy, it is stressful when other people’s work are assigned to you. Which creates a bad atmosphere.
Freedom to work independently
None. Rules and policies must be followed at all times and micromanagers prevent you from doing your job freely. Always on your case waiting for you to mess up.
When meeting to solve a problem occur, not one thing employees suggest ever makes it to an approval.

Attitude towards older colleagues
Managers treat older people badly. Management needs to work on treating older employees with compassion.
Overall compensation for your work
Not enough for the work we perform. We have a caseload that should be the work of 3 people not one.
Office / Work Environment
Stressful all day. You never know when you’re going to get yelled at either by a client or a manager.
Sometimes is ok.
The workload is so intenese you don’t want to take time off to go to doctor’s appointments or to take a sick day because the following day your workload has doubled.
Bad. No one has anything good to say about any Welfare office. Clients don’t take into consideration that budget when it comes to hiring is always low. We can’t providee the service clients deserve when we have a million other things to do.
With Trump as president, who knows what will happen to our department.
Doors don’t open automatically.
No boundaries. We can get shot at any moment. Easy access to intake area.
It’s challenging in all the wrong places. A challenge for us is to try to get to our overdue work somewhat in time before we get in trouble.

What I dislike about the company
Everything, from the understaffing to the company culture. Is a survive if you can environment. Always being yelled at by headquarters and our job is not appreciated.
