I like the wage I made but not the pay system. It was unpredictable. Case managers need to be more diligent/help clients
Suggestions for improvement
- They should have asst. To the case managers to help us be better at our job and also do some of the duties the case managers are suppose to but dont. More workers less hrs and emotional support for us.
What I like about the company
Its union and I trust the union to take good care of me
What I dislike about the company
Hard to get get ahold of the case managers and takes forever to get a issue addressed. No help in getting supplies for equipment or housing from them. I had to do all that on my own for my crippled client for free or she would of had no supplies.
