I work with committed, hard-working people, coho are also fun to be around.
Support from management
Most of my supervisors have historically been outstanding in this arena.
One of the agencies top priorities
Freedom to work independently
This depends on which department the employee works.
Management provides information as soon as they are updated.
Attitude towards older colleagues
This can be difficult without a college degree.
Overall compensation for your work
It once was fair compensation, but between the Obama Administration and the Trump Administration, this is no longer true.
Office / Work Environment
We have recycling bins and community outreach programs.
Earn and use Leave as needed for any/all possible purposes.
No greater calling than to serve the American public.
The current POTUS has negatively affected stability in government service. First time in my 25 years of service.

Suggestions for improvement
- I have no opinion on this topic, as I am satisfied.
What I like about the company
Long term employment with retirement, long term care option, health, dental, vision and life insurance, matching 401K. Also provides a sense of purpose, even in the lowest positions. Paid while keeping America safe, and/or supporting the work of federal agents, is quite a rush!
What I dislike about the company
Being at the mercy of Presidential decisions to use our income/cost of living raises, to lower effects of tax increase on the public sector citizens, and to lower the deficit. This began with the Obama Administration and has carried on through Trump.
