Yes, some supervisors do commend their employees. Work climate lacks fairness and trust.
Support from management
Expressed open door policy to discuss concerns, only to be brushed off, especially if it is not what they want to hear. For example, you are not allowed to express concern about a co-worker playing Suduko while other co-workers are actually working.
Other units such as Probation and Intake exhibits great interaction with one another. Other units such as Clerical not as much.
Freedom to work independently
The workload is not distributed fairly.
Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in more training for supervisors. Treat employees with dignity and respect.
What I like about the company
Enjoyed working with some of my co-workers, law enforcement, and paid time off.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of integrity, unethical practices, and pay.
