There was a fairly healthy relationship among employees. It was leadership that was the issue.

Way too much work for way too little pay.

There was a pretty established 'culture' and you didn't fit, well you just didn't.
Suggestions for improvement
- Anonymous tip boxes for every department. Monthly meetings to address concerns. An opportunity to apply for a pay raise every 4 months based on performance.
What I like about the company
I gained a work family. I can honestly say the people I trained with will remain life long friends.
What I dislike about the company
The tacking on of additional responsibilities after we have met the requirements of the job we are hired for. Increase is pay is only fair.
