Suggestions for improvement
- The company is top heavy and that trend is continuing and with it, support from within for the middle to lower level patient centered and research staff is lacking. The focus needs to shift for the benefit of the institution, the patients, and the employees. Additionally, HR for the incoming empolyees is reasonable, however when help for relocation is needed they are sorely lacking.
What I like about the company
My direct supervisor was impressive and caring, both personally and professionally
What I dislike about the company
Power struggles within the department and higher up have lead to decisions that hurt the employee and increase instability and uncertainty. There is no longer a feeling of stability and a solid future within the university.
