No overtime allowed at all. 40 hours and you are done. Even if problems or if work needs to get done, once you hit 40 hours you are done.

Full time get vacation and sick leave pay. Fair wage but no perks like private employment like bonuses or Christmas gifts/parties.

Entry level positions require very little work experience and it is easy to move up through the ranks.

Accrued leave time for regular leave and sick leave - 8.667 hours to start and after 5 years your annual leave goes to 10+ hours and after 10 years it caps at 13 hours. Free life insurance plus the option to purchase more at low cost. Low cost Cance and illness policies. Dental and vision at low cost. Retirement benefits. 1.6% DROP retirement (you work up to 5 years in drop and accrue separate money)
