Suggestions for improvement
- Correct the promotion system to be fair. I would work on a better system to praise staff members. Currently we work in a phone center and are harassed daily about what we are doing. Processing centers are not under the scrutiny as we are.
What I like about the company
The pay and benefits are nice. Easy going atmosphere
What I dislike about the company
Promotion system is highly flawed and racevabd gender are heavily weighted in decisions. Promotions should be based on knowledge and ability, not race, ethnicity and gender.
