Absolutely no control except if you don't like it you can leave.
If anything bombed with too much information.
Very little progression, but good feedback if you were not successful!
Overall Compensation for your work
Low pay. Frozen during most of my employment there.
The usual half the staff have to suffer the heat if the others complain about the cold and vice versa.
