- Treat employees like you would want your family members treated. Pick a direction, and stick with it. If it does change, tell everyone.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
No life balance. You are expected to do special projects, that benefit the company, on your days off, for no pay. This includes events, that serve the company's needs only. You will receive no training, and be micro managed via web cam. There is no loyalty, no matter what you do for this organization. If your smart, have ideas, you are seen as a threat.
